If you want to make tenancy agreement, please proceed as following:
 

• Please complete the survey and the application form

• Wait for the notification from Trade68 OY for house visiting and pre-matching with your needs

• You may sign the contract if you are satisfied with the offer

• With the signed contract, Trade 68 OY will make confirmation according to the ordered sequence

• After receiving the confirmation mail from Trade 68 OY, the tenancy agreement is binding for both parties.

• Pay for the deposit & rent and move in!

You have a right to move into the house and receive the key when the tenancy agreement begins. If the tenancy period starts on national holidays or at the weekend, the key will be handed over on the next working day. You can pick up the keys from Trade68 OY office. Please remember to take your passport or official ID card with photos with you.

Duration of the contract is 1 year (as a minimum).

 

 

 Trade68 OY Housing Fees

 

​200-250 euros/month

Deposit: 2 -month rent (around 400-500 euros) 

If the tenant terminates before the contract ends, the deposit will not be returned

Furniture deposit: 200 euros (only for the first time of moving in)

If the tenant causes any damages on furniture, the furniture deposit fee will not be returned to the tenants when moving out Water fee: 15 euros/month

Electricity fee: 15 euros/month
